IT Managers are responsible and accountable for an ongoing program of IT services. Below is a list of our IT Managers services:

• Assists in the planning of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting customer infrastructure.
• Communicates to the customer any network security implementations.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure,
• Oversees existing cases of troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and facilitates expert support when necessary.
• Provides and maintains documented system procedures and best practices when requested.
• Oversees all help desk activities for customer.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of PC Secure.
• Follows Disaster Recovery workflow from A-Z.
• Communicate with all client contacts on a daily basis or whenever necessary; record and document all communication via email and copy sales.
• Keeps team well informed of changes within the organization and reviews network documentation.
