Can Choice Technologies fix my problems remotely?In most cases our Help Desk can fix problems remotely. This saves you time and money, and allows for quick turnaround of support calls. How does the remote support program work?ChoiceConnect is used by the Help Desk to solve your issues remotely. The program is accessed from our website; the user attaches to a session as directed by the Help Desk engineer. The end user can end the session at any time. The program runs without any need to configure firewalls or any additional programming. The Help Desk engineer can control the PC completely, freeing up the end user from having to work with the engineer on the phone. Once the session is complete it notifies the user that the technician has been disconnected.
